Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. Her black hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Mella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Servant. His head has been shaved. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She tends to wear a large violet jacket. Her tied-back hair is red. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Susannah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is content; and she seems to be bored by most things
