Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Charles was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
