History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Purah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His first spouse was a Apothecary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and expand his business
