Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Silgre was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and doesn't want to be a weaver and was forced into it by her family
