History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Oolah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Marshal like her mother before her.
