Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Windy is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
