Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Astaro took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
