Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oskar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Oskar and his spouse have recently divorced.

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult
