Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Heskan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
