History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Cloud was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cloud's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Tippletoe was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tippletoe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tippletoe. Being a Armorer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
