Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thorin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the north to a Server, Thorin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Armara has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Jane was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jane's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
