Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Animal Trainer who has hired him part-time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Frederick was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Animal Trainer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. One day when Altho was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Altho was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: A 3'5" eastern man, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a great chef.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. After a long history of fighting, Gimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'3" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she feels threatened by others
