Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Quarion was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and revenge

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.
