Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cumpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cumpen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears long strands of ruby and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a red costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This exceptionally lanky man prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor. His red crest is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he has a crush on the local jeweler
