Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 4'11". She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, and her gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. Her silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes are brown and catlike.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow and is in decent physical shape. She wears her auburn hair down. She is baby faced.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a herbalist and was forced into it by her family

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a green armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. His gold crest is still thick. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Quarethon was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miller. He has worked as a Miller like his father before him.
Motivation: To be a Seamstress again.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His bronze crest is still thick. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Dadalan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dadalan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Human compassion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
