Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears baggy blue pantaloons and a white scarf. She has red hair. Her eyes are violet.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 37. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Mumpena took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is black and curly. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: An older woman who wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and grey pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her red hair is thinning but still full. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Sannl is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sannl grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is typically in her Weaver uniform. She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born into a rich family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theirastra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job
