Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Randal's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Randal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Brottor fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well
