History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Hrathy liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. During his travels, Pandjed and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Pandjed discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Pandjed fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
