History: She was born in a small forest village. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Nella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against illithids

History: She was born in the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
