History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Senteq was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Geva was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
