History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has white hair. Her black eyes peer out from beneath her small black hat.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: She was born in the south. Vapula was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sailor. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by her family
