Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Thorpe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mason arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has worked as a Mason like his mother before him.
