Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is brown and very short. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Ernest reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he's in love

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His tied-back hair is silver. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his religion dominates his actions
