History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Gnome Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his mother before him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.
