Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want him driven away
