History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Beatrice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing her hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A 6'1" western man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
