History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her kukri with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Euphemia will drive conversation. A true patriot, Euphemia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Euphemia was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When Euphemia reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by unlife.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality
