Through the years after Helja was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Helja's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Helja and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
