History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gardain grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gardain has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gardain never married again. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A freak accident while working with her Adventurer father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
