History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Hupe's homeland. Hupe decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
