She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Jane reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
