Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Alain was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to her family’s name. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
