Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Marbas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has worked as a Detective like her mother before her.
