History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Art's homeland. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mella grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a great chef.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
