Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
