Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nykkan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her childhood dream was to be a Engraver, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.
