History: Hugh was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
