Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, marred by sweets. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Vassago is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Vassago lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born in the south. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many drow want her driven away

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
