Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fisher for the past few years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
