History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He tends to his Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Beatrice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Beatrice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
