History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Quarethon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a shipwright and was forced into it by her family

History: Krimmon hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
