Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Verin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in the east. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'0" when asserting himself. He has moderate length black hair. His ears are large.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
