Description: He stands about 4'3" and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Rurik reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. Her crest is cut close to her head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her crest is cut close to her head. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she has money and likes to spend it

Voice: Forgets to breathe while speaking

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Pyntle was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to work out more often
