Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, white shirt, and violet tie. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Torgga embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Torgga hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the west to a Spy, Forcas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She prefers to wear flannel. She keeps her blonde hair in a pixie cut. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A 3'4" northern man, he usually wears his red robe and has his shortbow always slung over his shoulder. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Krimmon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
