Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Quespa was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quespa decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
