History: Norkruuth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
