Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Fargrim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: An older man who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This dark-skinned male wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Gennal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Gennal reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Mercenary job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She is portly but not overly obese. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
