History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Masseuse. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. Recently the stress of being a Mayor has made it difficult for him to sleep.
