Description: A 3'1" eastern woman, she is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
