Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pelt is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
